Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had some drawbacks in terms of room features not meeting expectations based on the booking description, especially regarding the lack of storage for clothes. However, the pricing was justified. The staff was very nice and accommodating, providing a pleasant experience. The location was convenient, albeit with safety concerns at night. The dining options were good, particularly in the morning.
I had a mixed experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, but small for the price. The service was friendly and helpful. The location, although convenient for transport, felt unsafe at night. The dining options were good but not exceptional.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms didn't quite meet the expectations I had based on the booking description, especially considering the pricing. However, the rooms outside of my own were very nice and clean. The service provided was excellent during my stay, from the taxi driver to the rest of the staff who were all very nice, an important quality in a hotel. The location had its perks, excellent for getting around the city with convenient metro and metrobus connections nearby. Yet, it wasn't the safest spot at night, and taking an Uber or taxi back after 7 pm is strongly advised. The dining experience was the best I've had at any hotel in Mexico, with a lovely selection of local organic products. Overall, the facilities were top-notch, but I did notice a few areas that could be improved. One of the best parts was its proximity to the Metro station Revolucion and the city center.
The hotel is located close to the city center and right next to the metro station, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms, although smaller than expected, are nice and clean. The service provided was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The dining experience was fantastic, offering a variety of choices. However, the location felt a bit sketchy at night, so taking precautions is advisable.
The hotel was in a perfect location, right next to the metro station and close to the city center. The rooms were smaller than expected but quiet on the 3rd floor. The service was top-notch, from late-night arrival assistance to luggage handling at checkout. The dining options were quite good to start the Mexico experience. However, it's advisable to take caution at night due to safety concerns around the area.
